There are three ways you can place an order:
- You may call 1-800-395-8880, and an account representative will assist you. We feel this is the best way to service new customers since we can assist you live in your purchasing decisions. Baton's customer service department is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm PT, Monday through Friday.
- You may also fax a purchase order to (714) 265-3630, and your order will be placed by the following business day.
- Alternatively, you may email an inquiry to batonlock@aol.com, and a representative will usually reply within one business day.
Rekeys/Repairs
Baton Lock has an excellent repair and re-assembly team. If you need to send locks for repair, or are in need of rekeying your existing locks, you can follow these easy steps:
- Call Baton Lock at 1-800-395-8880 and explain to an account representative the reason for the return. Please refer to our Sales Policy regarding damaged or defective products.
- Include a description of the return and send your shipment to:

- Upon receipt, we will contact you to inform you of its arrival, and give you an estimate on the repair and shipment time.
